Established in 1887, Cavas Hill is one of the oldest wineries in the Cava Designation of Origin. Stepping inside our modernist estate, with its listed architecture deeply linked to the legacy of Antoni Gaudí, allows you to experience the essence of artisan cava production.
Our Panot Gaudí and Cuvée 1887 cavas embody the history, tradition and Mediterranean character that define us.
Our wine tourism experiences offer a constant exchange of stories, gastronomy and cava. These range from a visit to the Panot Gaudí, which includes a tasting of cava and local artisan cheeses, to the Barcelona Brunch 1887 experience and our sensory journey through Spain’s main Designations of Origin.
We have also created a wine bar with a terrace where you can relax after your visit or some shopping. It is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of cava or one of our still wines, surrounded by the timeless beauty of our estate.

Come and explore our cellars near the Mediterranean Sea. The tour begins at our modernist estate, where you can stroll through the vineyards and relax in the peace and quiet of the garden. Then, we will descend to our old cellar, where the history of our cava began over a hundred years ago.
